We enjoyed our stay with a stunning view of Mavillette Beach from our cottage. The beach was perfect for making sandcastles with our grandchild, and we loved the beach weather that allowed us to spend quality family time outside.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

great beach but not ideal for views
The room offered a stunning sea view that made my mornings special! ! The beach access right outside was perfect for relaxing walks, and the clean, spacious beach had very few visitors. I really appreciated having a fridge in my room, which made it easy to keep drinks cool for beach days.
The unsightly RV park nearby detracted from the overall charm.

The room had a lovely view of the
beach, which made mornings truly magical. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the nearby RV park did detract from the overall charm. The owners were helpful, and the continental breakfast was a delightful touch, featuring homemade baked goods.

Fresh croissants from nearby bakeries made breakfast a delightful treat! The cottage was situated close to the beach, perfect for stargazing and enjoying the dark night sky. Plus, the comfortable bed in the cottage made for a cozy night's sleep.
While Room 6 had no window screens letting in the bugs and the toilet issue was a hassle, we loved how Sherry swiftly provided a fridge for us in Room 4. Just be careful. the beds tend to move around when you sit down, so brace yourself against the wall!

Had a great trip with friends! Loved the picture postcard views of Mavillette Beach and Cape St Mary's fishing village right from our room. Perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring. Remember, there's no breakfast included, so plan accordingly! The staff was helpful when we needed anything.
One bummer was that while the owner was generally helpful, we felt a bit reprimanded over our smoking options, which was a letdown during our stay.

The location near a serene beach provided a perfect setting for walks with minimal crowds. The cabin was comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night. However, the absence of breakfast services was disappointing, and service issues related to room access due to miscommunication were frustrating. Lastly, an unsightly RV park in close proximity detracted from the overall experience.
